I have found what could be the best bagels on the market today(in my opinion) .... Thomas Bagels! They are soft and chewy and slightly crispy after being toasted.Blueberry,Cinnamon Raisin,Everything,Onion,Seasonal Cranberry,and of course Plain are the choices you have when buying them.They also have a Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat variety(which has 10 grams of protein per bagel).I found them at my local Walmart for a very reasonable $2.00 a package.My local Kroger had them for $4.29 .... no need to mention where I&#x27;m going to buy mine!For more information on these great bagels ...go to www.thomasbagels.com !

Eat one or two everyday for breakfast with a banana and protein shake. They are delicious...........My favorites are the whole wheat and everything.......

thomas are only bagels i eat. get the mini ones and toast them and spread some peanut butter on them. delicious
