Weight: 186
1RM Squat: 275
1RM Bench: 230
Position: FB
At the moment I do 3*5 for both squat and bench. Any advice would be nice.
Deadlifts definitely will pick up both but you have to be careful not to over train. (too many sets)
Alternate high rep and low rep days for all body parts.
12-15 (never go to failure)
4-8 (never go to failure)
All strength is developed on low set # high rep days.
