This is my first post on the forum and I am talking about what?? Juicing.
Just bought this juicer like three days ago now..I always try to eat healthy and better foods, being an athlete it helps the body recover and deal with the fail rigors.
However, recently I discovered juicing.
Every morning for the past three days I have had a vegetable and fruit juice mix and I am telling you I have felt the best I have in awhile.
It packs every nutrient I need daily in one little drink and lets me get extra nutrients throughout the day when I normally eat my vegetables..
Sure the machine is a bit pricey but I am telling you its every bit worth it.
I am not talking about a new "fad" or "cleanse" I am talking an easy way to make sure you get everything your body needs in one day.
It was my wifes idea but I am telling you to try it.

the term juicing is a steriod term so it should not be used in this topic, but drinking all natural juice is the best thing that you can do for your body in terms of nutrition, using ONLY vegetables is the way to go,(adding a fruit hear and their is fine as well, fruits will taste a lot better, but have huge amounts of sugar and in the end not nearly as nutritious) it will a lot of times not taste pleasant but the outcome will be 100 percent worth it, I have been doing this for over 6 years now, every moring I drink about 550ml of pure juice, I switch it up now and then but mostly I mix, spinich, broccoli, carrott, romain lettus, raddish, green pepper, 1 egg and I will usually throw in a little fruit, usually grape fruit or pinapple as well, as an athlete I am always looking for legal ways to get an edge, I can honestly say that it has helped my stamina, not only during my workouts but throughout the day as well, It helps recover time and generally just makes you feel better, other than the price of doing such a thing their is no reason to not do it.

Jack Lalanne juicer here. I'm lazy so my morning cocktail is usually just 3 carrots and 2 tangelos and it tastes delicious. I can peel, juice, clean up and consume in under 10 minutes with the Lalanne machine.
Easy worthwhile investment. Nobody should be slopping down multivitamins year after year if you can afford to buy one of these things.

How can you listen to someone's advice when they use hear instead of here and also their instead of there...
That being said I love juicing. My favorite morning juice is 2 apples 2 carrots Kale Spinach Cucumber Ginger Parsley
Dankness
the advise/comment was about the topic at hand and nothing to do with spelling, if graham hancock made a spelling mistake on an article about anchient civilizations would you then in turn not pay attention to what he wrote? food and fitness, not english 101, my knowledge of this topic is superior to yours and it's not close so shut the f**k up jack of*
