Using body momentum to swing the kettlebells around you incorporate atleast 2 large muscle groups as well as work on small muscles at the same time. I recommend going to get some instructional dvd's (or youtube) workouts. Becareful please as i've seen some people not know what they are doing and seriously hurt themselves.

Thanks for the reply. I've got the Iron Core DVD set, seems to have good routines.
As these (at least the lighter weights) seem more for endurance and toning as opposed to musckel building, do you stick to every other day or are these an everyday affair?

If they weren't so expensive, I'd put them all over the house.
Can work out for months with two 35 kettlebells.
Raises, swings, lunges, side bends.... you freaking name it.

u can do an entire workout with just kettlebells or incorporate them in your workouts.
i just use certain exercises for my workouts. trust me, it gets the heart rate jacked up quick!
