I went to local KFC today and ordered 20 piece original and 30 hot wings.
I got home and found that I had received by mistake, 13 chicken strips and 25 wings. No condiments. $52!!!!!
What I got was very dry and poor quality.
Called the store and they first said to return food.
Live too far to go back and return food. The KFC store wouldn't match my original order cost for a free credit.
Finally, the manager said come by tomorrow for a free 12 piece chicken and 10 wings.
Very disappointed, was looking forward to original chicken and had several kids waiting at home for a lot of chicken.
Bad KFC!!!!!!!!!!!! Fed some of the wrong order to the dog.
