My wife and I made these again for the 1st time in a long time last night so I figured I would share....
1 lb of thin cut steaks ( some people call these breakfast steaks )
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Eggroll wraps
worstershire sauce
water
Lemon Pepper seasoning
1. cook the meat on the stove with lemon pepper and worstershire sauce ( use as much or as little as you want... some people really like a bold taste, others dont )
2. Create an assembly line... ( Eggrolls, cheese, steak, water )
3. Put small handfull of cheese and steak onto eggroll
4. Use water to seal the folds of the eggroll when you roll ( i find it easiest to fold 2 corners in, and then roll one side to the other )
5. Either : Pan fry with olive oil or bake on 375 for 20 minutes
6. ENJOY THE BEST STEAK AND CHEESE EGGROLLS!!!!!!!!!
also, you can add whatever else you guys want into the eggroll... sometimes we add mushrooms or onions , but im a streak and cheese only type of guy
