Thats why i dont hang in here much anymore...

 

Im a 40 year old man...The party is kind of coming to a hault with that piss...My beers are still active, and my frozen pizzas...But i had to cut that burger fastfood piss out....Happy partying to you lucky bastards in your 20's that can still dance with that shit - nothing woring with it - but at some time a man must make a choice and i want to keep breathing.

You can still dabble in it occasionally. I rarely have it and I'm a young bastard.  But the binge drinking makes up for it.  Although I'm going out to Phoenix later this week and feel the need to indulge in some In-N-Out Burger.  It's something an east coaster must do when given the chance.

Just 'cause you're giving up some crap doesn't mean you have to leave. You can help others by telling us what your are going to do. You're giving up fast food burgers, but are you going to come up with your own?

Have fun with turkey burgers.

You can eat it every month and then blog about it if you want. moderation.

eat a lot of vegs.... try to find that balance between fast food and vegs.  sports run my life so i eat pizza every week but i have salad with every slice.  i balance the fast food with the natural stuff.

You can eat burgers.  Just eat some vegetables too.

burgers are totally fine, its the buns which are not good for you. refined carbohydrate with added sugar.
