Carbs are the enemy. Fats have nutrients and a lot of shit is only soluable in fat.

it's all relative but unless you are on some crazy atkins diet eating steak, bacon and eggs for every meal, you'll get plenty of carbs by just eating a decent amount of fruits and vegetables. the way i look at it, any carbs outside of what you get from fruits and vegetables would be excess carbs.
