Last year i was about 200 in september got down to 172 in december couldnt lose anymore. Ive been up n down since then. I decided november 28th its time to go hard again
I weighed in last tuesday at 183.4 my goal is 165 by xmas. It seems like a lot but im going hard. Im starting Tribulis tomm (dietary supplement), and im on Isopure whey protein. My cardio is crazier than its ever been and im living extremly lower weights with extremly more reps.
5 days in i do feel a difference, i start the pills tomm and 1st weigh in tues, cant wait to keep updated

today i've had
chicken boob
greens
dounut
breakfast and lunch are over I'm at about 700 cals and 30g of carbs so the days not totaly f'd by the dounut- chicken thighs and some greens for dinner and i will end up 1,000 cals under 35g of carbs
i saw on another topic shrimp talking about jumping jacks so i did 80 when i get up and 80 after lunch.
tonight doing kettle bell/core
tomorrow 40lbs weight jacket on stairmaster
for a job i gotta do some sick lifting, i didn't think I'd pass the written but now that i did i gotta not waste this chance
