I've got an interesting pizza recipe I tried out. It came out great, very flavorful.. The pear adds,,
"Roasted garlic honey base"
2 parts melted butter
2 parts honey
1 part pureed roasted garlic
1 part sour cream
You can make as much as you need. Whisk together in a bowl. It's fairly easy if the melted butter is still pretty warm.
I could explain how to make pizza dough but it would probably be easier just to google it. If you don't want to make the dough (which can be difficult) you can probably pick some up from a local bakery, store, or shop.
The rest of the ingredients I will list but it's up to you how much you want to add.
Provolone
Fontina
Gorgonzola
Pear (sliced thin)
Bacon (cooked)
Garnished with Parmesan and basil
Try brushing your pizza skin with oil before you try and spread the honey mixture around. You might find that it helps spread it around easier. I used the oil I roasted the garlic in. The garlic oil is great,,
