I cut up a plain pork tenderloin into medalions, marinated them overnight, and made them in a pizza oven if you can believe it (made them at work). Just cooked them until they were still slightly pink in the middle. They were fantastic. No crusty grill marks, but I was in a bit of a pickle. Will grill next time.
