You can buy a bag of thisstuff and make it a few different ways. At first it's a little creamy, and you can eat it like that or make little cakes out of it. Take the creamy polenta and pour it on to some saran wrap. Fold the saran wrap over and make a "tube" out of it. Put it in the fridge and let it cool and firm up. Then take it out a few hours later, and cut the tub with fishing line and make some little cakes. Fry them in butter on both sides, and top with a little fresh parm cheese. Serve with steak and salad. It's money.
