Saw a good sauce on TV today for "indoor" pork loin. Have not tried it but can tell it's good.
Sear the pork loins (if you cut in half, they will cook quicker), remove from the pan and put in oven for 15 minutes or so (500 degrees).
Deglaze the pan with Apple Cider and Apple Cider Vinegar. Reduce down and add a little bit of maple syrup (maybe 1/4 cup).
