Every day after I lift I take a can of chunk white tuna in water, add some mayo and a little salt, mix and eat. I also consume a protein shake with about 50 grams of protein. I also take a few amino acid pills and add creatine in there. My goal is just to get in a lot of protein and I believe the aminos help with the protein breakdown or something. I am trying to bulk up overall and gain muscle mass.
Is this really good, really bad, or just standard. I ask because I actually add a lot of mayo and I don't think thats good for me. Any feedback would be appreciated.

You got the right idea in ingesting protein right after your workout, but the mayo isn't the best thing to go with it. Protein is actually made up of amino acids so, depending on which ones you're taking, you may be doubling up on them. Ask someone at the place you either work out or buy your protein at & I'm sure someone there could explain it better than I ( or google it).
The best way to get recovery protein into your system fast is with a shake or a drink. I mix powdered BCAA's (protein) with chocolate milk. The chocolate milk(sugar, not fat like mayo) helps create an insulin spike which helps break down the protein so it can be absorbed to the fullest. Be advised that, depending on your size, your body can only absorb about 25-30 grams of protein at any one time so packing 70-80 grams into your body all at once is a waste. Drink your shake, shower up, then take your time & eat some more protein in a meal an hour or two later.

Yeah I think that's decent advice. I eat 4-5 scrambled eggs an hour before my workout or drink 25 grams of protein in a shake plus a banana. I know all those eggs aren't good for cholesterol but I don't care about that right now. After workout I have my shake, 30- 40 grams of protein, waiting for me as soon as I am done. Then like Mugg said I will eat a meal an hour or so later. Any more protein then 40 grams after even the most grueling workouts is wasted.
Mayo is terrible for you. Look at the label, if its regular its all fat. Tastes great once in awhile but really has no place in your regular diet if you are trying to get in/stay in shape. Try mixing the tuna with sriracha sauce. It tastes great and has no fat.

Before you workout you want about 25 grams of protein (preferrably fast digesting like whey protein) and 30-40 grams of slow digesting carbs like brown rice or sweet potatoes or an apple. After a workout you want 40-60 grams of fast digesting protein and 40 grams of fast digesting carbs (sports drinks, white potatoes, white rice, white bread, or sherbert) If you are trying to bulk up take about 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight and about 2 grams of carbs per pound of body weight

My advice would be to throw in some good healty snacks between meals and to drink a lot of water, these will help keeping your body out of dehydration and starvation which will result in you improving results due to a higher level of energy throughout the day.
Healthy snacks that I assume daily (between lunch and dinner) are
Pistacchios Cashews nuts Soy Beans Sesame seeds
They really help your body offering some good fats. They contain some necessary unsaturated fats the body needs in order to recovery better. Mayo is true junk, garbage fat, all saturated, throw that away would be the best advice and use a bit less salt (each of uses too much salt, guaranteed ) and you are good to go.
I use creatine (45 mins before and right after the workout) and a shake with whey protein (right after the workout). I drink a protein shake with 4 strawberries, half a banana, 1 pint of Soy mlik and 2 scoops of strawberry whey. Yummy.
And of course to gain mass you must do a specific workout which I assume you do...
Hope this helps.
