Without blasting my legs too much and cranking up my HR @ the end of a workout.. Quads are crashing on me from stairs, climbers, interval bike training, heavy squats - all that shit.
7 minutes worth. Rest go, rest go. Fast training finisher.

Crab crawls or mountain climb I believe they're called looks pretty interesting. The ones that those Navy Seal putzes do during BUDS training. They seem to keep their size on at least. Still - Lot of legs/quads involved though. Those guys can't squat for jack shit.

Increase HR to 150-155 but try to use as little effort on the legs as possible. Punching bag seems to work for now but nobody in the place boxes and won't hold the bag. Any ideas welcome shrimp.
Just 10-12 minutes with one minute rest interval.
