Nobody listens when a subtle hint is dropped on hard worker in the gym. They do but they don't.
Your point is people dont understand jibberish?

Let me clear that up. I was overserved...again.
Point is that I never see power lifting belts in gyms anymore. Really is the best investment you can ever make if you're into squatting or certain standing shoulder presses that involve stability of the low back.
Positively the first accesory muscle to fatigue and quit on you.... and end a leg routine when you pushing heavy weight for reps is the lower back. Try to make subtle suggestions to a kid that's staring at 3 plates and a flimsy belt around the waist.
Just a thought for the kids that want to really build power and strength. Aint gonna happen without one.

Step under 4 plates with a shitty worthless leather belt and then try a power belt. You'll see deep reps go from 6 up to 12 easily. All of the lower back muscles cannot and will not tolerate that kind of weight for long, so essentially you are being shorted. The PB completely stabalizes the midsection and directs all over the power to your ass and quads.
By far the best 70 - 100 bucks you'll ever spend gentlemen if you're serious about size an strength. Just my opinion but hell do I know.
