been trying to perfect these things and this is what I have been doing for the past year or so and seems to work the best.
- dozen (2 dozen -- how many you desire) wings. Separate the leg and the wing portion. Pat as dry as you can with paper towels.
- put into an oven preheated to 450 for about 25 minutes.
Mean while make sauce. This can be whatever you want. I typically use
- some (I like a lot so they are real spicy) spicy thai garilc sauce
- a little honey and BBQ sauce (for that sticky flavor)
- fresh minced garlic
- fresh ginger
- blue cheese crumbles
- fresh lime juice
mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. After wings have cooked for about 25 - 30 minutes remove them form the oven and toss them in the bowl with the marinade and caot the wings. throw them back in hte oven for about 5 minutes to "baste the wings" and then remove and enjoy.
If you want to you can remove the wings after the second set of five minutes and sprinkle some grated parmesean cheese on top and put back inthe oven for 1 - 2 minutes for some extra flavor.
spank it pufters.
