Canned corn was designed for situations without refrigeration.  If have refrigeration, even frozen corn will last a year in the freezer.

Many grocery stores now have trash bins next to the corn so can shuck it right there.  &#xD;&#xA;They even sell fresh corn at gas stations and in parking lots.  Fairly easy to source.

Actually if want a decent quick meal........ boil up some mashed potatoes and buy a noncubed rotisserrie chicken.

Anybody ever witness the chicken cubing process? Prolly won't eat it if witness that process.

The Rotisserie chickens are at least cooked a couple times a day.  Who knows what&#x27;s going on with cubed chicken.

Take three ears, (that&#x27;s all I&#x27;ve ever tried at one time) partially shuck leaving the inner husk and tassle, soak for a few minutes in water, place in the micro-wave for 3 minutes, remove and let them cool for 3 more minutes, best corn on the cob I&#x27;ve ever had.
