Not sure how "bad" it is for you....i have heard endless amounts of crap about red bull. I bet drinking a coke is worse for ya, and I agree that sugar free red bull rocks compared to the regular. Everytime I drink regular red bull I feel my teeth rotting.

I drank one the other night after a day of drinking beers watching football....trying to get a second wind. I immediately got the worse heartburn/acid reflux ever. Actually puked a bit, took a couple of craps and still didnt feel right. Hands were super sweaty and I felt anxious. Those things are like crack!

make yourself a fruit smoothie every day. it will give you a helluva lot more energy than a redbull will
plus you can read studies about how artificial sweeteners are being proven to be very harmful and detrimental to our bodies.... just because something has 0 calories and 0 sugar doesnt mean its better for you. if it sounds too good to be true it probably is
