I slice it to my preference ..Thick cut , roast cut , breakfast thin cut etc.
The burger meat they sell is also awesome at around $2.70 pound..The meat just tastes different in a good way..It might be something besides cow meat but i dont care ...

Read you can just cook some meat in small pieces then just put in freezer unwrapped for 7 days or more and then you ok? But hell i thought that was freezer burn ? You can test if its done by taking piece out and if it turns black it needs to freeze longer.

oregon foods has the best long life storage of food . the nitrogen infused cans last 30-50 years unopened. you have to google, but the us bunker system uses this product exclusively, type oregon 30 year food storage in window
