Is it necessary to shake the Gatorade bottle before you injest it?

Helpful hint: It you do shake, make sure the cap is on!

i dont think you need to shake the gatorade bottle before using.  if you buy the powder mix and make it yourself, i might shake before using ..

Do I need to shake Gatorade before consuming?

Some flavors are naturally cloudy due to high flavor oil content. Cloud can be difficult to keep in solution over time and can occasionally settle on the bottom of the bottle or rise to the top. That is the reason for the Shake Well instructions on the label.
