Well for a about maybe 7 months or so now i've had some discomfort in my right shoulder. I wouldn't say pain because i can shoot w/ it but if it's worse than other days i don't lift weights w/ it. Especially very recently i've been applying different ointments nightly before bed. I stetch it, ice it & heat pack it regularly. All of which has helped so i've been lifting w/ it & have been fine. So Basketball is no problems but the discomfort is still there..........
Just last Saturday after 2 domestic Basketball league games in 1 day that following Sunday this time it was my left shoulder that i injured. It was actually in some pain (not highly painful) but enough that it took some effort to actually be able to move it up. The pain and the area of the pain seems very similar to the one on the right & am pretty positive it's the same muscle or area of the shoulder that i injured on my right.
It might be the Rotating Cuffs as s i can move my arms straight up and down but when they are further apart from my body that's when i can feel the pain. It's been 5 days now, it has improved and luckily it's my left (i'm right handed) but i want it to a more comfortable level.
I've been icing the hell out of the left shoulder and doing some stretches i saw on youtube. But has anybody else got any suggestions who has gone through similar injury. Need a quick fix asap and any help will do gentlemen as my season of basketball starts in just over a week.
