Sitting in a sauna and suana and sweating.

Please help me understand why I see 5 people on any given day sitting in there over heating. Do they think this is some sort of short cut? Maybe it is but that water is coming right back and you're still a fat slob. Go break a real sweat on the track or stairs that actually counts.

 Correct me here. I have no idea wtf they are trying to accomplish in there.

My header was a result of sitting in a sauna for 45 minutes. Brain overheated.

yeah no real health benefits from sitting in a sauna apart from relaxation really. pulse rate jumps and much more blood than usual gets pumped away from your internal organs towards your skin. 

that's about it 

I actually spent a year in Finland as an exchange student so saw plenty of saunas over there

Well, good for you. I guess that explains it. The people who sit there enjoying the sauna for whatever reason are fat slobs. You, on the other hand, are a fat slob, but, in your own mind, you should not be subject to the same ridicule because you " don't sit in a sauna to lose weight ". Good for you, you heartless creep.

Unlike you, I've never called anyone a fat pig or a fat slob, except when quoting you. If you're suggesting that calling you a " heartless creep" is " hurtful name calling ", that too is a direct quote from you from another thread. Perhaps your biggest problem is with the guy you see in the mirror, if you dare look.

Search prob doesnt remember the thread because he has 'problems' esp late at night but I remember and it was just another cheap shot----he's good at those
