sol, as in the sun is a real physical entity here near the equator.
i just moved to mexico in the not so druggy part and have been drinking my face of and napping alot and still lost 5 lbs in my first week here.
The heat is oppressive during the day and you don't want move even an inch. this close to the equator you can feel your gringo skin sizzle. i hear its 104 all summer,
im going to stop drinking beer this week, getting used to the mid 90's, want to see if i can drop 7-10 lbs subbing seltzer for cerveza
I may go crazy this summer, but i will look good doing it!
