Fiber can cause health problems if you eat too much of it. &#xD;&#xA;If my numbers were that low I&#x27;d be getting the shots.

Use transdermal. Don&#x27;t overdo it. They can make it in various strengths.&#xD;&#xA;1% to 4% that I know of. Prob. more if needed. 4% is strong.

always fatigued.sex drive was low.not motivated to work out.poor concentration.im about 12 weeks in and a complete turn around.im upset when i miss aworkout.before i would find any excuse not to work out.a ton more energy.sex drive off the charts,almost too high.mad skillz you are a douche bag.everyone have a good day.

You can elevate your test levels just by manipulating nutrient intake and resistance training..
