I know what you are thinking don't order anything fried and that should take care of that issue right. Well, you are right you won't get all that grease but if you think those delicious entrees are high in calories you really need to look at the sodium content (2 potato skins would use up the recomended sodium you should consume in a day and since the platter got 6 of them you are in trouble hahaha. No worries it won't clog your arteries but it will raise your blood pressure, make you bloat and retain water and make you feel thirsty.
I tell you what why don't you just have a fruit salad, it is satisfying, your body will love you for it, and the chicks just won't get over how you ever keep so fit and trim. When they comment thats when you give them the ol victory lie about you must have great metabolism because you drink sodas and scar doritos all the time..
