Running is retarded.......but I don't mind it, it relaxes me. And as weird as it sounds, it's almost easier to run for an hour or two than to run 3 miles......reason is psychology. When you run for a long time, you know you won't be done for awhile....anytime I've almost finished a run, I'm ready to quit and tired as fuck. Doesn't matter if I've run 20 minutes or 2 hours.....once you build up your endurance you can run forever Running the hills gets your legs looking pretty good.
