5 minute Chocolate Mug Cake 1 large coffee mug.
4 tbls flour
4 tbls sugar
2 tbls cocoa
1 egg
3 tbls milk
3 tbls oil
3 tbls choc. chips (optional)
A splash of vanilla extract
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
Add egg, mix well
Add milk and oil, mix again
Add chips and Vanilla, mix again
Put mug in Microwave and cook 3 mins.
Cake will rise over the top of mug, don't be alarmed.
Allow to cool a little, tip out onto plate if desired, EAT!!!
this can serve 2.
Why is it so dangerous? We are now 5 mins. away from Choc. cake 24/7. Don't forget the ice cream.

3 mins is based on a 1000watt microwave, If you have a 1200 watt.....probably 2min.20seconds
