You cannot find enough uses for this amazing spice and seasoning blend, because it can be used in more ways than you can shake a rib at!
Are you looking for a dry rub for your meats to use as for marinade? Are you looking for something with a little more zest with your eggs than simple paprika and pepper? How do you like your potatoes? Scalloped, baked, mashed, or even a topping for tater tots or Sunday gameday skins.
Cheese Curds, Mac & Cheese, and anything with Jalapenos will love this spicy goodness too!
Even your Guacamole will appreciate a dash of this spice mixture that can be used around the globe. Do you have Spanish or Mexican roots? Are you of European descent or have a family with an Asian background? Northern African nations known for their recognizable styles, such as Morroco and Tunisia spices, would certainly make use of this blend, and India's famous curry makers would be proud to use this in their arsenal as well.
This blend has the potential to be winning awards for concept and execution and trust me, you will not regret making the effort to use all 14 of the ingredients for a reason... proper cohesion and packed with healthy benefits, you will appreciate every little note each ingredient adds to the party, and not be overwhelmed.
14-Ingredients & Tools Needed:
Mortar & Pestle
1/2 teaspoon or full teaspoon measuring device (Of course you can lengthen but always add equal amounts of each spice)
Ground Mace
Ground Turmeric
Fresh Ground Peppercorns (3 types using Black, White, & Pink - can be replaced with three 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper)
(Perform First smash)
Sea Salt
Bacon Bits
Red Chili Flakes (Tri-blend Consisting of New Mexico Red Flake, India Red Flake, and Piment d' Epelette from France)
(Perform Second Smash)
Ground Cumin
Ground Cayenne (Indian 10K Scoville)
Ground Picante Paprika
Ground Chili Powder
Onion Powder
Garlic Salt
When all are combined perform third and Final Smash to bring ingredients together in harmony.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of each ingredient as shown in the video and pulverize/smash at 3 different levels. This exotic blend will not actually bring you into Zen, it won't increase your Ju Ju, nor spark your Mojo, and it will not have the ability to bring peace to the World! But, you will put this shit on anything after you bring it all together and try it yourself! You can certainly change the hot complex by using African Cayenne that ranks at 90K on the Scoville scale, while also taking your chili flakes to the next level too. You can ultimately decide how hot you can handle it by adjusting the cayenne and chile flake heat on the Scoville Scale... or just burn your mouth off and go all out HOT if you are into that LoL
