I am on a food kick lately.
Tomorrow going to make my version of breakfast tacos.
lamb chorizo, red peppers, onions, sliced hickory smoked muenster cheese, and sun dried tomatoes all scrambeled in with eggs.
Put on top of some bread I got today at the farmers market (I love these things by the way) -- Rosemary Ciabatta bread with some fresh sliced avacodo on top. Will be an open faced sandwich.
by the way I would typically put in some sirracha in the whole thing but that does not fly too well with the wife and the 2 year old so it will be going on my portion.
