No grill tonight.... hurt from last night.  Spent all day at a taco joint but forgot to eat

Seared her up in a cast iron and she's in the oven.  Meanwhile, I threw some taters (sliced long wise) in the cast iron soaking up some grease.  Gonna douse it with ketchup and eat it.

Home made "steak fries" rule the world.  Fuck paprika, this cayenne is more than flavorfull

Okay, new cooking something or other figured out just now.......

The steak fries taste better in the oven baked chicken ju ju than the stove top ju ju.

What gives?
