For me, the only rule should be: Put up your fucking weights when you're finished with done with them!

Can't stand people who leave their dumbbells all over the place or the plates on the bar after working out.

Bring a towel if you sweat. Hell, I bring 2 towels and an extra t shirt because I work out pretty hard literally drip sweat.....

I&#x27;ve changed gyms because I knew too many people there.  I&#x27;m trying to get my "swoll" on and everybody wants to come over and chat me up.  Gotta be careful about how many friends you make at the gym if you want a focused workout.
