I literally won't drink without this energy/anti-hangover solution... Purple Rain Energy. I tried drinking the other night without it and woke up sick and groggy, like I used to.
I normally don't believe in supplements, but this just works for me since I like to drink a shit load, work alot (am tired), and like to workout every day. I needed the added energy to keep me on top of my game when out, but can't be dragged down the next day..
Take a look and let me know what you think or if anyone else has tried this bad boy.

Drink GOOD whiskey ie Crown w/water= no hangover. Soda pop is what causes the hangover.
you dont drink much of that Crown because any whisky will give you a bad hangover (say you drink a 5th) because there is a component in whiskey which is proven to cause the worst hangovers opposed to any other drink.
the qaulity of the whiskey is a minor factor however

AD - Coconut water is excellent post workout to rehydrate with some natural carbs. Drinking that before bed when you have a hangover is practically like drinking water and a piece of fruit. If you have enough of it, like water, it should help with the "puke" feeling, but not really the headache/tiredness.
Cheers.

Actually coconut water does help w/ headache/tiredness, because of all the electrolytes and potassium in coconut water. Im not talking about the kind you but in a can and cheap asian markets but high quality kind such as Vitacoco. Stuff works like a charm even if you have a hangover the next day.
