fried, i think the idea, or at least it was for me, is that some people don't tolerate dairy well and to a lesser extent, things like beans, tomatoes and eggplant.
one's reaction to those foods may be latent and incremental so it's not always easy to tell. by cutting them out and everything else that may cause problems, you'll know if they don't agree with you. if you weat certain foods all of the time or never eliminate any, you'll never know if a particular food is causing you any problems.
