Okay, here is THE leg workout.............
It's actually 2.......
Workout 1:
- Warmup
- Weighted Lunges
- Heavy Leg Sleds
Workout 2:
- More Serious Warmup
- Pick 2 of the 3 exercises.......... Box Jumps, Bunny Hops, or Wind Sprints.
As with ANY AND ALL leg workouts..... flare the abs for 10-20 minutes first.
