Great news, hope they build an incredible facility designed for F1 that can support the other american racing series as well. The US F1 team will also now be a go I would imagine.

Hopefully the track will be built to encourage passing. F1 is and always will be more technical and less racy but this season with the no fuel rule it's ridiculous. The rule will be changed but Montreal in a couple weeks will be great regardless.

i've always watch Indy, but after watching qualifying last weekend, those cars are all exactly alike and actually quite simple. the technical aspect makes F1 more interesting in spite of the lack of racing at times. just my opinion. plus after seeing those race at Montreal, i was shocked at the braking, turning, and raw power, you just can't appreciate what those cars and drivers can do until you see it in person, kind of like seeing two cars side by side at Indy, you have no idea how narrow that track is until you see it in person

I agree, F1 is the big leagues, Indy outside of the 500 is unwatchable and if this 500 is like last, the mecca will be unwatchable as well.

IMO, watch an IRL night race at Texas....think you will change your mind......There are only a few tracks that i will watch the IRL races, but let say, TEXAS....is sick.....some of the best racing I have ever seen, and that includes the cup cars too.

Agree 100% Its crazy how close they are at 200+ mph. Beter than nascar at Texas.
