Hard to believe we are already at week-10 of the NFL season. Our first game in the NFL for week-10 is a TOTAL. We are jumping on this under in the Ravens @ Dolphins game. Good Luck!
5:20pm PST Ravens @ Dolphins UNDER 46.5 -110 <1 unit>
Regardless of who plays tonight, Tua or Jacoby, there isn't much of a drop off in QB’s here that would change our opinion on this total. There are a couple situational scenarios that back this under tonight, as well as data. Let's dig in.
The Ravens have been home cooking for almost 5 weeks now. They have not played on the road since October 3rd. Now, going on the road on a short week could disrupt some sleeping patterns and routines for these players. They have been pretty comfortable for a while and will now play on TNF, which you know this team and most good teams hate playing in (short week games). They also know that they are road favorites and should come in looking to get out as soon as possible. This is the 4th primetime game for the Ravens, but this is the worst team they will have faced after playing the Raiders, Chiefs and Colts in games that all went OVER the total. Tonight, we expect the total opposite.
The Dolphins offense ranks 26th in expected points per play and 25th in overall offense. Their OLine does not match up well vs the Ravens as they rank last in pass blocking per PFF. We should see a handful of punts here. For the Ravens, they will plan on running the ball all night. Based on PFF, their WR’s actually do not match up well tonight. Marquise Brown is the only one who should have an advantage on this secondary, but Brandon Jones, Dolphins Safety, should shut down Mark Andrews tonight.
With that said, the Ravens do not want to come out of this game with any injuries, and the Dolphins don't look disciplined to make this a game on a short week. We are going to take the UNDER tonight. Let's go! Good Luck!
