Hi all I am writing this to share my experience on mybookie. I am a classic degen who enjoys action on games, probably too much and over long term I am down a bunch. Part of my story is embarrassing, part of it is worth bragging about, and part of it is extremely frustrating which is why I am sharing this. I created my account in Early December of 2019. I have deposited approximately $17,000 to date which is only about 1 month's time. Usually from depositing $500-1500 at a time. 0 payouts. I have requested payout in the past but ended up losing my account before the payout process was finished. Less than a week ago I logged on my account and had about $70 in freeplay. Long story short I went on an insane run and in less than a week I have $29k in my account. Pretty crazy. The run was catapulted from the Vikings beating the Saints out right followed up by college basketball and nba heater betting $2k a game plus halves, and live bets. Approx 80-90% of my wagers are on sides, and the rest an occasional total.
A few days ago, I requested a payout via bitcoin for the max $5000. It was taking a long time through the approval process. I kept calling to find updates and it was hardly helpful. Finally they told me I need to verify my account. I had already sent them my ID, cc, address etc so I was confused by this but I'm doing everything to comply to try and make the process go smooth. They ask again I say whatever ok and send them bank statement with address, ID, etc. My account gets verified (again) and I am "good to go". I figure no issues and that I will get my $. I keep calling and finally I get an update that my payout is declined. I call customer service to ask why this is and they can't tell me why, management is busy, they will call me back by 7et. I call multiple times before 7 just to make sure they know I am not going away and want my money. I get the same answer that they will call me back. Well of course no call back by 7et... On the last call they told me that I was declined because it has something to do with a 50/50 rule that they can't go into detail to explain what is is, but that management will call me within a few days to explain. At this point I am starting to panic about my situation and feel completely scammed. I DM'd the mybookie twitter account last night to share my story. They respond promptly and told me a guy named "Butch" from risk management will be calling me tomorrow to sort out my account. I am eagerly awaiting a call today from Butch. I will be providing updates wish me luck.......
