"When
we came up with the promotional offer we were not counting on the
greedy nature of some of our clients and that is the reason we pulled
the plug. There were several cases where clients brought in their direct
relatives and some case entire families, under different names in order
to bonus person us to death and to get past the strict betting limits we
had in place as a safety for this promotion.
I
am very generous with my money when it comes to giving back to my
clients, however when things like this happen it ruins it for all
involved and makes me feel like someone has just stuck their hand in my
pocket and tried to steal my wallet.
I
am not writing to make excuses. The bottom line is the promotion was a
terrible idea from the word go and I had to put a stop to it. I am now
open to review your account here once more and try to offer you a better
service to make you more comfortable here."
Above is the email sent by them to players. I haven't played with this book for a while as I always have trouble with rollovers, and still received the email.
They lost alot of money with the NBA promo as the majority that took advantage of it made money and withdrew. They desperately need new deposits to pay out players, and they keep offering new promos, requiring larger deposits for bonuses/contests etc. There next promo coming up which is the no juice for the NCAA tourney requires a 1500 deposit at 1 time and they need the deposits to keep the book running. I took advantage of this promo last year and they certainly didn't require such a deposit. They have no payout issues at the moment because they keep finding new ways to bring in deposits however, once the deposits stop this book will be in trouble unless they can continue to suck people in to deposits.
The 1vice business model looks like a ponzi scheme at the moment, they need larger and larger deposits in order to pay out the players and with there business model they will not survive for too long. Be careful playing at this book.
