I want to warn everyone about 21Bet. I have 1972.26 Australian dollars in my 21Bet account and I have been trying to withdraw my funds for around six weeks. They tell me that they will contact me by email within a certain time frame and then they don't.
Their live chat people don't have the power to help their clients. As a consequence they have to bear the brunt of my tirades because the incompetent payment department don't have the intestinal fortitude to face me themselves. They hide behind the poor souls at the coal face and force them to make excuses for their incompetence. Don't bet with 21Bet, that's my advice to you.
By the way, if you happen to be a winner, not only do they keep your money, maybe forever, but they limit your account. Actually, limit means you can still bet. I can't even place a bet with them anymore.
You may think it's sour grapes on my part. Well, I'm not happy with them, that's for sure. I just don't want anyone potentially losing their money as I have.
