I have been betting with this site 2 years ago. i decided to play on it 1 month ago and everything went smoothly. My friend accidentally used my credit card and i was charged these extra fee's from 5dimes. Im from Canada and all.
So i called my credit card and told them it was a betting site that charged me.. They all of sudden decided to put it as fraud. Within 15 min they told me gambling on credit cards illegal and that the person who charged me should know it
I get a email 3.5 weeks later from the fraud squad of 5dimes. Saying theyll try and fuck my credit score and that i made bets with my same IP im on. I made the bets inside the state's in LA, but when i contacted him i was in Canada.
Can he really effect a Canadian credit rating without having your SIN number ? I wouldn't think so cause he isnt somewhere you borrowed money or signed up an account.
