First off I have used a handful of books over the last few years. Most recently I have enjoyed BET365.
So I read covers review of BWIN, I see they offer a deposit bonus of up to $50.
So I click on the bwin link, and on their homepage it says the same offer.
I deposit $50, and awaited the bonus....No bonus. Check for live support...NO live support....SEND and Email...2 days later get a response.
"Where did you hear about this promotion?"
well, covers.com, and your homepage!!!?
another day goes by for response....
"Please provide the exact link where it says this and your account will be credited."
So I copy and paste the exact link from covers review section. 3 days later I get a bonus of $30. Not the $50 as advertised.
Naturally I ask why, and they explain that I did not provide the exact web address (even though I copy and pasted) so they could not provide the full bonus.
Compared to other sites I have used, they have very limited in-play betting. I also hit a teaser last week, and now they don't have the teaser option available to me.
No in live support.
Winnings are not instantly updated, I have had to wait till the next day for my Sunday football winnings to go through.
Just a heads up for anyone wanting to deposit with them. I will never use them again, and hopefully take them to the cleaners.
