Bet-IBC.com is an agent you can bet through to avoid limits or in my case being self-excluded from so many bookmakers so I didn't have many options and not sure why I can't stop gambling. Anyway to the point:
I deposited 1000 GBP with them, converted to Euro it was slightly less than 1200 EUR but they charged me over 1% fee and I had only 1176 EUR from them in my Pinnacle account.
I then made 1 bet on a Tennis match:

Not enough that the match was interrupted because of the rain it was finally over today.
I asked them to withdraw 1621 EUR from my Pinnacle account back to my Skrill account.
They used their rules from their T&C saying:
[B]BET-IBC reserves the right to request 5x turnover prior to withdrawal in case of unusual betting patterns observed.[/B]
According to them what was unusual was the fact I made only 1 bet.
I told them I am not interested in risking this amount of money and they offered me to issue my withdrawal with a 7% fee!!
So eventually I received only 1188 GBP to my Skrill (now on the way to my bank account) !!
That's ridiculous!
From a 1000 GBP deposit at odds of 1.37 I received only 188 GBP eventually.
I would never do business again with Bet-IBC.com for charging me so much fees! I feel I was literally robbed by them.
