I opened one last Monday (a week ago today) and they locked it on Tuesday as of 12:56 p.m., indicating there was some unusual activity in my account. Seven days later, the account is still locked with $8500 sitting in my balance, the result of placing one $3000 deposit and a subsequent 4-team parlay, which came in as a winner. After numerous live chat conversations with support, I received the same lame excuse, that being the Accounts team is reviewing my account and that there is no time frame. How can two transactions constitute "unusual activity" in one's account and how long can it take to review one's account, if at all required?
It's a bogus and corrupt sportsbook to put it mildly and as a result, I am out my $3000 plus the $5500+ in winnings.
If FanDuel reopens my account at some point and my funds are accounted for in the balance, I will retract everything I stated and provide an official apology to the FanDuel sportsbook.
At this point in time however, I have high doubts.

Try this # (646)930-0806. I had it in my contacts when I was having trouble with my FanDuel account. Can’t promise anyone will answer, but for that kind of cash, it’s worth a shot. Their customer service is atrocious.

And it's been 2 weeks since i sent them proof of income and I keep getting the same runaround that my account is being reviewed and there's no timeline of when it will be re-instated. The funny thing is we are only talking about $10K in deposits over a 12 month period.
