Watch out for Bet365 if you plan on winning using In-play betting.
First of all, I will say that I mainly bet in-play tennis, where the odds update after every single point, so the betting can be fast paced. Well one day, I won about 5k on some sharp in-play betting after winning about 1k a week for a few months and they changed my in-play bet processing time to about 30 seconds.
This meant that 1) I could rarely get my bets in in time because the odds kept changing, meaning that I missed out many times. 2) Since I do a lot of hedging, I didn't have enough time to do the math with the quick odd changes, sometimes leading to mistakes. 3) Missing out on odds all the time. Sometimes I would try to make a bet even on BBall at like +10.5 but by the time I would actually get a bet accepted, it would be +7.5 and of course when that happens those are always the bets that lose by 1 point.
Just a heads up for those who are thinking about seriously using this book. They do offer a lot of great betting options, but their customer service was extremely dismissive when I inquired about the extended delay. I got about 5 different answers, some saying there was no extended delay and some saying it was because of my "account status" which they were not allowed to elaborate on.
Overall, just very frustrating because with the international money fees, taking my money out and going somewhere else will cost me a few hundred.
