Half Win ?! (Need Help)

Hi Guys,Here is my case. (Odds : European)I made my first bet with AsianConnect88 on Pinbet88,The bet : Full Match, Over 0.75 @ 2.175Which is 1.175x the stake. The stake was 35&#x20AC; so the Win should be 40.95&#x20AC;. The PROBLEM is that they only paid 20.475 !Half the win ... 40.95 / 2 = 20.475. I asked them and have been told it&#x27;s fair. Uh ... I don&#x27;t get it ... is it fair ?What am I missing ?I asked if the loss would have been halved too. Still waiting the answer. Need your help !Thanks

Ok it seems fair. Here is their reply.

"Since you bet over 0.75 handicap and the bet score was settled as 1 it means 1 - 0.75 (0.25) means it is half win only.
And if your bet has been graded as loss yes we can say it is half loss only if they have the same difference."

This explain why there are multiple quotes per point.
(0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.25, ...) Can someone explain this to me ?
