I don't live in a foreign country although some would say South Dakota qualifies. However if I lived in say, Antigua, would I be allowed to open an account with MB and Pinnacle without assuming a secret identity or other secret agent stuff?
I heard both yes or no on this question. Forgive me if this has been asked previously.

Who said no?
I think this is an obvious yes. The only reason they don't let you play is that its against the law in the US. Its not against the law in Antigua. Why would they care?

No idea TallGuy. I read it on a sports forum so I figured it had to be true. Somewhere I read that if that book and that exchange know you as a U.S. citizen, they will not let you fund an account no matter where your location. Since I have had accounts with them previously, they obviously know I'm from the U.S. and could safely assume I'm a citizen.
