The Management of Triplebet Limited, the owners and operators of Matchbook, have recently undertaken a comprehensive review of all operations and have made the regrettable decision to cease operations in your jurisdiction effective as of 23 July 2014.
Matchbook shall no longer accept wagers or any other gaming activity from your jurisdiction, and all existing accounts shall be closed. Any bets that were made prior to 23 July 2014 shall remain 'open' and winnings will be settled as normal with funds available for withdrawal as soon as the market has been completed.
Please ensure that you have withdrawn any funds standing in your account by 22 August 2014; if you do not withdraw the funds yourself then where possible we shall make the withdrawal on your behalf to your bank account or payment wallet. If we do not have any payment details for you on record, then we cannot guarantee that you will be able to receive your funds.
If you have moved country since you set up your account with Matchbook, you may be able to register a new account with Matchbook. You should register a new account with Matchbook in the usual way, and shall be required to provide supporting documentation.

3 days later and still no acknowledgement of my request to withdraw my funds... quoted their own confirmation "code" back to them and nothing... anyone else having this difficulty? This is NOT them processing the withdrawal, its them ignoring their own CODE and saying they have not received the request...glad it was a pittance of the bankroll.

Yes I've noticed this quirk before that you cannot withdraw that final cent. It held true for me as well this time. I had to leave the one cent in but the withdrawal has STILL not been processed and my emails have been completely ignored. Its getting to the point where I feel they are just gonna rob me of the several hundred I had in there... especially now that the deadline passed and the account is suspended. I will have to phone England next week if I still get no justice. These fuks don't even reply to my email, let alone acknowledge that their own site spit out a confirmation number for my withdrawal.

Yes I've noticed this quirk before that you cannot withdraw that final cent. It held true for me as well this time. I had to leave the one cent in but the withdrawal has STILL not been processed and my emails have been completely ignored. Finally got an email reply from them and seems there was a technical issue as I was using the old site on my iphone and although it spits out confirmation codes they aren't actually acted upon by accounting department staff lol... so anyone else still using the old site BE WARNED when you withdraw you will have to do so using the NEW site! Got my money after all.
