ok guys i wanted to share this.
bwin wasnt my main sportbook in recent years, but from 2012 i started betting on live games there, and i did it heavily. After only a month of betting, i became a yellow member ( they have green, white and yellow as last and best ) and they are giving you 3 months to gain those points for a yellow member. i repeat, i did it in less than a month.
In these 3-4 months i was able to bet solid amounts in live games, depending on the sport and the event - the bigger the event - the bigger the betting limits. I was able to bet even 1k eur on a single bet.
One week ago, i noticed that my betting limits were changed. At first, i thought it was because of the event, but after a few hours i realized that they put limit on every bet i make to a shitty 100 eur winnings max., no mattter the sport, the event etc, etc. Its funny, i was able to bet a shitty 50 eur bet on a Champions league semifinal or an NBA game. I dont know why they did it, but i assume the did this because i was very good these couple of months and i was in the green for a couple of G's.
I wrote them an email and it was like this:
hello,
as a yellow member for few months, i want to know why did you put limit to all my bets on all sports and all type of bets to a max. of 100 eur??? I was able to ber 200-300 eur on a bet, and from a week ago i cant put more than 50 eur on a single bet.
i repeat, im a yellow member, i got to the yellow status in less than a months and this is your reward for me? Limiting my bets to 50 eur? with this type of limit i will not able to achieve yellow member next time.
If you dont cancel the betting limit and let me bet the amounts i want, i will withdraw all the money from my account and i will close the account and will never ever place a bet on bwin again.
How retarded it is to threat your vip, yellow clients like this. I will tell this on the sportbook reviews forum and other forums, so everybody can know what nasty trick you pull on me.
So, cancel the limitation and let me bet again, if you want me to be your client in the future. Im with bwin for 4 years but i guess it will be over soon if you dont accept my request.
reply to me asap, i dont want to wait another week for a response, like last time.
Im really pissed, i cant bet the amounts i want and it completely ruining my system...and im serious, if they dont cancel the betting limit i will close the account and will never put a single bet on bwin.
Anyone experienced something similar with them or some other book?
and another question, which books are also good for live-betting? I use bet365 and they are great, their betting limit is 500-1000 euros on a bet and that enough for me, but i must find another bookie to replace bwin, since i dont want to play with only one book.
