Has anyone tried MiseoJeu from Quebec?

Anyone in Quebec can try it, tell me the information on it they have a website miseojeu.com and have a lot of events.

What are the limits they impose on players??

Unlike Ontario there are no limits !! However Odds will change based on the action. The odds aren't favorable but they do offer a wide variety of props and futures. Once in a while they'll post a bad number or mistake in the line. If you can beat them to it, they'll honor the bet. Single wagers are accepted in group wagers.

They have tons of selections but a two team bet minimum is required I think.

a lot of wagers but the odds it's not pays at well
